1990 Graduated from Law School at “Università degli Studi di Torino”, supervisor being Professor Dal Piaz, with a research thesis “I mezzi di prova nel processo amministrativo, con particolare riguardo alla giurisdizione esclusiva” (Means of proof in the administrative process, with particular regard to exclusive jurisdiction).
1995 Admitted to Ordine degli Avvocati di Torino (the Turin Bar Association)
2007 Member of Albo Speciale dei patrocinatori in front of Giurisdizioni Superiori (Special Bar Association for patrons in front of Giurisdizioni Superiori).
She constantly follows courses of specialization and periodic formation, achieving the relative certificates, in matter of:

- Bankruptcy Procedures and insolvency procedures;

Professional activity and work experience
Since 1991
Starts her professional collaboration with lawyer Michele Vietti.
Joins “Confedilizia” as legal advisor to the “Associazione Proprietà Edilizia” in Piemonte.
Parliamentary collaborator during the XIII Legislature.
Since 1996
Partner of Studio Vietti e Associati with its main office in Turin and branch offices in Milan and Rome. Deals with litigation in commercial, corporate and industrial matters.
On behalf of a leading patent consultancy firm, handles the legal protection at national level of trademarks and patents for invention in relation to nullity and infringement, copyright infringement, unfair competition and parallel imports, also deals with administrative procedures related to patent registration and contracts.
Collaborates with the “Associazione Licensing Executives Society Italia” (Licensing Executives Society in Italy) (LES) and the” Associazione Internazionale per la Protezione della Proprietà Industriale” (International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property)(AIPPI).
Member of the “Commissione di Studio per la Riforma del Processo” (Study Commission for the Reform of the Civil Process) (AIPPI), established in the XII Legislature by decree of the Ministry of Justice.

Assists major multinational and national groups in matters of industrial law and extraordinary transactions, both in court and extrajudicial procedures.
On behalf of leading banking institutions, handles contractual and extracontractual liability disputes.
As a trustee of leading banking and insurance institutions, manages the judicial recovery of debts, taking care of the relevant movable and immovable enforcement procedures.
On behalf of “Consorzi” and multinational groups, deals with the application of the private insurance reform.
On behalf of public entities and leading insurance companies, handles civil liability litigation.
Organises training and refresher courses about Privacy, for public and private entities, with reference to the health sector.
For the Studio Vietti e Associati – which has 30 collaborators at its main office – she coordinates a team of 9 professionals, handles relations with secondary offices and counsels, and she is responsible for the Quality System and Management Control.
Member of the Council of Piemonte and Valle d’Aosta Chamber of Arbitration, where participated in the drawing of the new Statute and the Regulations.
Member of the Ministerial Sub-Committee set up in 2008 at the Court of Appeal of Turin for the examination of enrolment in the Albo for lawyers.

As a partner in Studio Vietti e Associati, coordinates all judicial and extrajudicial matters relating to banking law.
On behalf of various insolvency procedures or within the framework of such procedures (in the interest of banking institutions) follows liability actions against the administrative body.
Coordinates multidisciplinary working teams on extraordinary corporate transactions.
Coordinates the team dedicated to the NPL sector on behalf of leading Credit Institutions, Insurance Companies and other important Italian companies.
Appointed by the Court of Turin of curatorship or defense of existing and Beneficiary Inheritances.
Takes care of the recruitment of professionals and employees; the organisation of conventions and training courses on economic-legal matters, liaising with speakers and professional Associations for the recognition of training credits.
Deals with corporate, commercial and administrative issues related to the legal gaming sector on behalf of the central Italian operators in the gaming sector, cultivates relationship with licensees, contracts, the implementation of extraordinary transactions and the resolution of corporate crises.
Advises on compliance activities with the changes introduced in the field of Personal Data Processing by EU Regulation 2016/679, providing assistance in the creation of organisational models and setting up training and refresher courses.
Coordinates a team of professionals dedicated to the drafting of Organisational Models ex art 231/2001.
Assists companies in the area of sports marketing, sponsorship, management of advertising space, image and copyright, and services for the creation of sports events.
