Lawyer Luca Barbagallo from BenildeBalzi Law Firm
Graduated from Law School at Università degli Studi di Torino, he is a member of Ordine degli Avvocati di Torino (the Turin Bar Association) since 2020.
He served his apprenticeship at Vietti e Associati Law Firm, and he has been working with Lawyer Benilde Balzi since 2016, working in different fields, such as Commercial Law, Probate Law and Debt Collection.
He did his intership ex art. 37 d.l. 38/2011 at Corte di Appello (Court of Appeals) in Turin.
He developed significant experience in the fields of real estate purchase agreements and transfers, auctions, private tenders, ius in re and property law, inheritance and gifts.
At BenildeBalzi Law Firm, he mainly works in the field of Common Law and Commercial Law, both in court and in extrajudicial disputes. He especially works with Contracts regarding new technologies and Extraordinary Transactions.

Graduated from Law School at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano in 1984, he is a member of Albo degli Avvocati di Milano (Milan Bar Association) since 1988.
He is a business associate for many international Firms. In 2013 he founded the Firm “Audisio e Associati”, a company in Milan that has numerous relationships with international Law Firms.
He works in the field of Common Law, mainly in Labour Law, Commercial Law and Insurance Law.
He is a registered Arbitrator and Mediator.
He was President of AGAM, Associazione Giovani Avvocati Milano (Milan Young Lawyer Association) and National Vice President of AIGA, Associazione Italiana Giovani Avvocati (Italian Young Lawyer Association).
He also presided over the Commissione Rapporti Internazionali (International Relations Committee) of Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano and he participated in the foundation of the Comitato Diritti Umani (Human Rights Committee) of the same Order.
He works with the International Bar Association (IBA) and with the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) as a member of the Committee for better access to justice.
He speaks English and French.

Lawyer Fabio Cigna for BenildeBalzi Law Firm
Graduated from Law School at Università degli Studi di Torino in 1999, he is a member of Ordine degli Avvocati di Torino (the Turin Bar Association) since 2003.
After a short experience in 1997-1998 in Madrid at Dana Gestión S.A., a fiscal and legal advice company, he trained at Brosio, Casati e Associati in association with Allen & Overy, from 1999 to 2002.
After that, he worked as an associate for Morano & Associati – Studio Legale e Tributario, and later at Studio Legale Associato a White & Case (2003-2005). He then founded, with other partners, SJ Berwin LLP – Ufficio Italiano (2005-2011). He is the owner of his own Law Firm since 2012 and a counsel partner in various start-ups since 2015.
Working with BenildeBalzi Law Firm, he mainly takes care of Extraordinary Transactions regarding real estate or share capital, often with international investors.

Graduated from Law School at Università degli Studi di Genova in 1987, he is a member of Ordine degli Avvocati di Genova (the Genova Bar Association) since 1995 and a member of Cassazionisti (members of the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation) since 2016.
He cooperated with two magazines: “La Nuova Giurisprudenza Civile” and “Commerciale e Vita Notarile”.
He is a professor in numerous courses in International Law and Admiralty Law financed by the European Union and a lecturer in different conferences concerning the Third Sector.
He attended the postgraduate course in Chinese Common and Commercial Law.
He works in the field of Common Law, mainly operating with Commercial Law and International Corporate Law, with special attention to company creation abroad and Labour Law.
He also works with Family Law, especially with transnational families.
He is the reference attorney for the Ordine dei Medici Veterinari della Provincia di Genova (Veterinarian Association in the province of Genova).
He collaborates with BenildeBalzi Law Firm dealing with disputes in the field of Commercial Law, Public and Private Labor Law, Reforms of Third Sector Organizations and Family Law.
Of Counsel Maria Antonietta Russo
Antonietta Russo for BenildeBalzi Firm
She graduated in 1989 from Law school at Università degli Studi di Torino with a thesis on Constitutional Law.
She is a member of albo degli Avvocati di Torino (the Turin Bar Association) since 1996, and a member of Albo Speciale dei patrocinatori avanti la Suprema Corte di Cassazione since 2015 (Special Bar Association for patrons in front of the Supreme Court).
She was Vice Pretore Onorario (Onorary Vice Magistrate) at Pretura di Torino and then Giudice Onorario (Onorary Judge) at the same court, assigned at Sezione Terza Civile. In that role, she explored the dispute ex Lege 689/1981.
From 2003 to 2016 she worked at Studio Vietti e Associati in Torino.
Traditionally, she works with Family and Child Law, especially monitoring the evolution of the legislation in this field and keeping constantly up to date with periodic specialising courses.
During her career she developed in-depth knowledge about Commercial Law, Family Law and Public Liability; she has twenty-year experience in the Labour Law and Welfare field.
She is a member of various lists of Avvocati Fiduciari (Fiduciary Attorneys) for many ASLs (local health authorities) and hospitals of Regione Piemonte. On their behalf, she pleaded cases even in front of appellate courts, especially in the field of Professional Responsibility for health professionals, and in cases regarding insurance problems and compensation.
She has been collaborating with BenildeBalzi Law Firm since 2018, taking care especially of disputes in the field of Family Law, regarding matters such as parental relationships and property issues linked to marriage and family units.
